Several days ago, border guards of Sumy and Chernihiv border guard detachments in cooperation with the customs service representatives confiscated two vehicles. A citizen of Russia and a citizen of Uzbekistan tried to get to from Russia Ukraine by vehicles with violation of current legislation.

The vehicle of “Mercede-Benz” brand (Lithuania registration) with forged documents was confiscated in “Bachivsk” border crossing point, Sumy oblast. The vehicle was confiscated from the citizen of Russia because of invalid power of attorney for driving.

The vehicle of the citizen of Uzbekystan was confiscated for the same reason.  The man, who arrived to “Gremiach” border crossing point by “Volkswagen” brand vehicle, also produced invalid power of attorney for driving.

The necessary documentation procedures have been conducted. The vehicles have been confiscated according to the established order.
