The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine claims that the statement of FSS of RF about the shelling of the Russian border guards place of duty is provocation.

In particular, they didn’t point the exact place of the accident, besides they informed that it happened in 150 meters from Ukrainian-Russian border in Rostov region.

It should be noted, that Rostov region borders on territory of Ukraine controlled by Ukrainian government as well as uncontrolled part of the territory of Ukraine, with the length above 400 km.

Also, it should be emphasized, that the SBGSU didn’t obtain any information from the border guard service of the Russian Federation about emergency situation.

At the same time, some sources notes accident happened in Neklyniv district of Rostov region, that borders on with uncontrolled territory of Ukraine.
