In order to carry out filtration measures and registration of administrative-procedural documents under Part 1 of Art. 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the detained Ukrainian was taken to the border guard unit.

Tobacco products were delivered to the border guard unit, which will later be handed over to the SFS.

On May 8 by the decision of Rakhiv District Court, the detained Transcarpathian was fined UAH 11,050.
