Media and social networks continue dispersing the calls to anti-government protests and action plans for participants of separatist acts. Latter foresee BCPs blocking and occupation at the border with Russia, “Ukrainian-Russian fraternization” at the state border, protest movements activation among border area local inhabitants, destroying information marks at Ukrainian-Russian border etc. Due to abovementioned, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine appeals to Ukrainians not to participate in directly provocative arrangements and underlines that the state border guarding is reinforced and border guards will act with all possible means to provide stable work of BCPs and law observation at the state border.

The Agency is ready to act, to respond timely for circumstances and will perform the tasks assigned in full. We rely on wisdom of the local inhabitants and taking the considered decisions by everyone. We hope for understanding and preventing any illegal actions at the state border by joint efforts.
