Due to the national security measures and for the prevention of entry into Ukraine by radical people who may participate in anti-Ukrainian movements, the State Border Service introduces a new stamp.

Upon the initiative of the Border Agency, one more stamp – “Відмовлено у в’їзді» (“Entry refusal”) - is being added to the existing forms of stamps marked on documents.

It is stamped in passports or other documents of foreigners or stateless persons who were refused to cross the state border while entering Ukraine in accordance with law by the reasoned decision of the authorized representative of the Border Agency.

The innovation will enable border guards to identify persons who were previously refused to cross the state border and try to enter Ukraine again. The decision on the establishment of the legal grounds for crossing the border will be with taking into account the circumstances of the previous entry refusal into the territory of our country.
