Border guards continue to check COVID-certificates confirming vaccination of citizens who arrived in Ukraine.

The servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine also check documents on a negative test result or recover from illness. To do this, SafeBorder software is used at border crossing points.

The other day border guards did not allow two Russian citizens to enter Ukraine.

Russians born in 1995 and 1998 went via the Novi Yarilovychi border crossing point and, in addition to passports, provided laboratory certificate tests for coronavirus infection, which did not display any information when reading the QR code.

In total, since the beginning of the year, border guards have checked with the help of SafeBorder software COVID-certificates of more than 500,000 people who arrived in Ukraine. The inspection revealed more than 300 forged certificates.

Note that you should not use fake certificates both for entry into Ukraine and for travel abroad. After all, if such a forgery is discovered by law enforcement officers of the country of destination, violators will also be liable under the laws of the country to which they are going.
