A large consignment of consumer goods was recently revealed by border guards of Lviv Detachment.

A truck with humanitarian aid arrived in Ukraine at Rava-Ruska border crossing point. According to the documents, second-hand clothes were transported by car.

Given the possible risks of illegal transportation of goods across the state border, border guards initiated a joint in-depth inspection of the car and goods with customs officers.

Subsequently, the inspection team revealed absolutely new products with labels from various manufacturers in the truck - more than 900 kg of clothes, 816 pairs of shoes and 3 boxes of jewellery.

An examination to establish the value of the detected cargo is currently underway.
