Yesterday, border guards of Lutsk border guard detachment detained the resident of Volyn oblast at “Rivne” border guard division. A man was stopped for 200 meters from the border with Poland. 36-year-old man brought 6 boxes of "Fest" cigarettes, Belarusian production.
