Few days ago, border guards of Zhuliany airport (Kyiv) detected a violator with forged passport.

During processing passengers, a 25-year-old man who arrived from Memmingen (Germany) produced a forged Russian passport. The border guards detected photo substitution in the document. The violator explained he was a citizen of Germany and presented German travel document, which doesn’t give the right to cross the state border of Ukraine. The young man, native of Chechnya, also informed that he had bought the forgery for 500 US dollars using postal services. He was allegedly steering to Ukraine to study one of the oriental languages. Now, the violator has been returned to the country of departure.
