Last night border guards and Security Service representatives jointly detained the armed man of Caucasian appearance in Russian military uniform at "Chonhar" check station, Kherson region. He was under extreme alcohol intoxication and behaved inadequately. He had Kalashnikov rifle and combat vest. Also during inspection 4 magazines, 2 packs of cartridges, signal mine and knife bayonet were detected. All competent authorities were informed about that fact. The armed military was transferred to police department.
