Several days ago, border guards of Shalyhine border guard division, Sumy border guard detachment detained two citizens of Uzbekistan and one citizen of Ukraine.

Sensing device alarmed at the one of the areas of “Katerynivka” border crossing point. The rapid response team moved there and detained three violators in few meters from the state border. During questioning, it turned out that one of them was a citizen of Ukraine, who attempted to transfer illegally through the state border two citizens of Turkmenistan. Now, the detainees have been transmitted to the representatives of SSU Department in Sumy oblast.

Another violator was detained with the help of technical tools by border guards of Uzhorod border guard detachment, Chop border guard division at the area of “Onokivtsi” border guard post, Zakarpattia oblast. The offender, who has no documents, said that he was the citizen of Russia, native of Chechnya. He said that he wanted to get to Slovakia.

Another two violators were detected by border guards of “Sheheni” border guard detachment, Mostysk border guard division. Border guards noticed 2 offenders with the help of thermal imager. The travelers turned out to be citizens of Turkey. Now all the circumstances of these offences are being clarified.
