During the weekend, border guards of Mostysk and Chop Border Guard Detachments detained 5 “travelers” who tried to enter the EU countries.

Serviceman of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine obtained information from local citizens about the attempt of illegal border crossing and according to this information detained citizen of Ukraine. Detainee confirmed that he tried to enter Poland illegally. Also, border guards detained three more violators from Georgia, Armenia and Syria.

55-years old citizen of Turkey border guards detained near the border with Slovakia. The serviceman found out that offender enter Ukraine by the plane and didn’t have documents to enter the EU countries. That’s why he tried to enter Slovakia illegally.

Detainees will be prosecuted by the law for the attempt of illegal border crossing. Their future will be decided by the court.
