During the 23 of March, 16 thousand of persons crossed the state border, about 9.5 thousand of them are citizens of Ukraine.

During the day, border guards jointly with the medical workers conducted measures of temperature screening and interviewing about health more than 10,7 thousand of persons. Travelers who had temperature or complaints about health was conducted Covid-19 express test.

Person with positive result of express test arrived at the “Boryspil” airport from one of EU country. The passenger despite on requirements of medical workers tried to pass passport control and leave the airport. After explanatory work she was directed to the hospital for further medical examination.

Border guards appeals citizens who arriving Ukraine be conscious and take care about its own health and health of others, and do not hide signs of sickness. It should be noted, that most of travelers informs that they have suspicious of sickness.

Also, with the help of border guards was provided border crossing almost 1.8 thousand of citizens of Ukraine who arrived to the state border on foot.
