In accordance to avoid spreading Covid-19, in Joint Forces Operation area there are restrictions to cross demarcation line.

Although, Commander of Joint Forces Operation adopts positive decision in critical cases. From the beginning of the restriction 429 such a decisions were adopted.

But, from March, 21 border guards fixed that pro-Russian armed formations stopped to passage through demarcation line persons and vehicles. In case Command of Joint Forces Operation allow person to cross the demarcation line and militants return them back without any explanation. Border guards fixed 29 such cases. There were persons with registration on temporary occupied territory of Ukraine among them.

Besides, servicemen of Donetsk border guard detachment fixed that militants restricted access on temporary occupied territory of Ukraine by the representatives of OSCE mission.

That’s why citizens, who want to enter temporary occupied territory of Ukraine should note that pass by the militants no guaranteed.
