It should be mentioned that nine such evacuation trains have already arrived in Ukraine - eight from Poland and one from Latvia.

More than 650 people (5 of them foreigners residing in Ukraine, the rest - Ukrainians) were evacuated by the train of four capitals (Riga-Vilnius-Minsk-Kyiv).

Border control of passengers of the train "Riga-Kyiv" was carried out by 40 border guards of the separate border crossing point "Kyiv".

In cooperation with representatives of the sanitary-quarantine unit, they conducted a set of testing measures aimed at identifying signs of the disease. Each passenger’s temperature was measured and their well-being was checked. Due to the detecting of five people with signs of the disease, the train was being parked.

Passengers with signs of diseases were transferred to medical staff. They were tested for a COVID-19, which turned out to be negative.

Another evacuation train has recently arrived at “Mostyska-Station” BCP - from the Polish city of Przemysl. The control and checking measures in the train were carried out by the border guards of Mostyska BG Detachment. In total, 623 Ukrainian citizens and one foreigner arrived to Ukraine by this train. The State Border Guard servicemen, together with representatives of the sanitary-quarantine unit, conducted temperature screening and passenger health surveys. During the inspections, no high temperature passengers were found on this train, and no complaints were received from passengers.

All passengers on both trains signed a voluntary agreement to take anti-epidemic and preventative measures (their own two-week self-isolation) and received notes with information materials and an algorithm for actions in case of detecting symptoms of coronavirus disease. They will be subject to health surveillance.

It should be mentioned that nine such evacuation trains have already arrived in Ukraine - eight from Poland and one from Latvia. In total, over 5.5 thousand people were evacuated by these trains.

It should be noted that despite the temporarily closed BCPs for international passenger railway, air and automobile (bus) connection, public authorities organize special transportation, both by land and air, so that Ukrainians can return to Ukraine and foreigners to their countries.
