"Courage lessons" for schoolchildren: border guards introduce young people to their professionBACK
Border guards continue to acquaint young people with the peculiarities of their profession, so the other day they visited schoolchildren and conducted "courage lessons".
Future graduates were told about the peculiarities of military service in the ranks of the State Border Service and were introduced to military educational institutions where future border guards are trained.
The students were also told about the prestige of the border service, the main tasks of state border guards and the participation of border guards in repelling armed aggression.
The demonstration of small arms attracted the children's attention the most. Young men and women were told about the technical capabilities and safety measures when handling weapons and conducted a practical session on disassembling and assembling training small arms. After that, the children had the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge and, under the supervision of the military, try to aim and practice with weapons.
The medics of the border guards gave the teenagers a practical lesson on tactical medicine, during which they demonstrated how to provide first aid.
We hope that such events help the younger generation in choosing a future profession and instill in them a sense of patriotism and love for their country.
