In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 477 from June 12, 2020, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has renewed the admission of foreigners to enter Ukraine.

We emphasize that in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers from June 12, 2020 № 480, it is prohibited for foreigners to cross the state border without an insurance policy of costs related to the treatment of COVID-19, and observation.

Currently, the Border Guard Service of Ukraine is waiting for the "List of States with a significant spread of COVID-19" from the Ministry of Health. Foreigners who have consented to self-isolation using the electronic service "Act at Home" will be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine until such a list is received. Border guards will inform the competent authorities to take a decision as for the observation of foreigners who have not consented to self-isolation.
