Border units, along with all Ukrainian defenders, are repelling attacks by Russian occupying forces on Vovchansk. Recently, aerial reconnaissance from the rapid response border command "Shkval" detected enemy infantry movement. The soldiers informed their comrades at the positions about the threat, who then opened fire on the enemy forces with machine guns.

Drone footage shows that for one of the occupiers, the attempt to attack ended with a dip in the river, where he remained at the bottom.
