At the "Dyakivtsi" checkpoint, a 1958-born woman, her 1993-born son, and her friend attempted to cross into Romania. The young man presented documents confirming his mother's disability, explaining he was accompanying her for treatment.

Upon checking the databases, border guards discovered that the woman had previously traveled abroad in 2023 with her older son, who did not return with her.

During a detailed examination of the situation, the friend accompanying them offered the senior border patrol a bribe of $1000 to facilitate their passage. The border guard refused the bribe and warned the Ukrainian citizen of criminal liability.

The woman was handed over to National Police representatives with a report of a criminal offense. The young man of the conscription age was denied passage through the state border.
