1996-2011 - Operational positions at Border Guard units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

2011-2014 – Chief of the Lugansk Border Guard detachment

August-September 2014 - Deputy Chief, Eastern Regional Directorate, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

September-November 2014 - Deputy Chief, Southern Regional Directorate, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

November 2014 – Deputy Head of the Operational Directorate, Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Since June 2019 - Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
