at the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
in the I half of 2019
Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine received 9496 public appeals in the I half of 2019. That number increased by 4.4% if compared with apropriate period in 2018 (9094public appeals).
The Head of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine determined the main tasks for II half of 2019:
- enhancing control over compliance with current legislation related to ensuring constitutional rights of citizens to lodge appeals;
- implementation of effective measures for eliminating the causes of public appeals to the Administration of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and other higher authorities of Ukraine on matters which are within the competence of units’ chiefs of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine;
- satisfying the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.
