Mass media representatives should conduct the request on the official form (unofficial Ukrainian translation needed).

Representatives of the mass media can send request to e-mail: [email protected] or fax: 38(044)239-84-80.

The request should be addressed to the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The request should contain information about:

purpose, date of journalists work in the area of responsibility of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine;

surnames, names of journalists, their phone numbers and e-mails;

copies of identity documents, certifying the professional affiliation of journalists;

accreditation for the work in the area of Joint Forces Operation.
