The head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Serhii Deineko, held a meeting with the director of the Santa Clara Monastery Foundation, Sister Lucia Karam Padilla.

The friendly talks were the result of successful training of border medics at the field hospital in Zaragoza (Spain) and the supply of the ROLE 2+ mobile field hospital to the border guard agency.

The head of the border guard agency of Ukraine sincerely thanked Sister Lucia and emphasized the importance of the work of everyone who joined this extremely important matter.

By the way, on the eve of the meeting, Sister Lucia visited Odesa on a missionary mission.

"The strikes of russian troops on civilian infrastructure, the results of which I saw with my own eyes, the sacrifices that Ukraine is making in this terrible war leave us with no doubts about the correctness of supporting Ukraine and the border guard agency, in particular, on the path of this struggle," the philanthropist noted during the meeting.

"The perspective of the development of our cooperation can be training of Ukrainian rehabilitation doctors in Spain, because this line of work is extremely necessary and its role will grow in the future," Serhii Deineko emphasized.

We have to admit that Ukrainian defenders undergo treatment in Spain, so during Sister Lucia's visits to Ukraine, she accompanies several wounded heroes to Spanish hospitals every time.

Her tireless work brings the truth about the war in Ukraine to the Spanish people, so the religious community and ordinary Spanish people support our country in its selfless struggle for the free world.
