The border guards of the Chernivtsi detachment, together with the employees of the customs service, stopped an attempt of illegal transportation of gadgets of well-known brands into Ukraine.

A car Honda with Ukrainian registration, driven by a 45-years-old citizen of Ukraine, arrived at the Porubne border crossing point. During the inspection of the vehicle, a joint inspection team of border guards and customs officers discovered smart watches, wireless headphones and mobile phones of foreign manufacturers hidden in packages with foods.

In total, 47 units of articles were seized for a total amount of almost 280,000 hryvnias, which the man tried to transport into Ukraine with violation of customs rules.
