The vehicles, which were intended to be brought in as humanitarian assistance, were uncovered at the Hrushiv BCP. The cars arrived at the border with an hour's difference.

Two trucks with trailers, used to transport the SUVs, were driven into Ukraine by a 51-year-old and a 20-year-old resident of Rivne. In an attempt to pass through customs, the pseudo-philanthropists directed the vehicles into the "red corridor" and declared the BMW, Audi, and Porsche cars, dating back to 2013 and 2017, according to the established procedure.

Based on the documents submitted for inspection, it was determined that the cars were being transported as humanitarian aid for one of the charitable foundations in the capital. Upon receiving the information from the Lviv border guard detachment's operatives, the border guards initiated additional verification.

During the check, border guards, in collaboration with customs officers, discovered that the intended recipient was not expecting such "humanitarian aid," and the citizens transporting the vehicles were unknown to them.

In light of these facts, protocols for violating customs regulations were drawn up, and the vehicles were confiscated in accordance with established procedures. Their value amounts to 700,000 hryvnias.
