Yesterday "VAZ" car moving toward the Russian border was checked by the border guards at one of Luhansk block-posts.

The results of the inspection revealed that the car was driven by a local inhabitant and with two citizens of Azerbaijan in the car. During the filtration procedure it was established that a citizen of Ukraine organized that "trip" in cooperation with a Russian citizen. The citizen of Ukraine was to receive 10 thousand rubles for his participation. In addition, it was found out that the citizens of Azerbaijan legally arrived to Ukraine through one of the airports.

It was also cleared out later that one of the citizens of Azerbaijan was deported from Russia and was seeking various ways to get into this country via Belarus and Moldova. He also failed to do it through the territory of Ukraine.

Administrative protocols were drawn against the violators. The border guards notified the General Directorate of the National Police in Lugansk oblast on this matter i.e. detection of a criminal offense under Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Illegal people trafficking across the State Border of Ukraine).
