Ten representatives of detainees temporary holding units from various state border guard units underwent a week-long training at the Specialized Training Center of the Polish Border Guard in Bialystok.

The guards of the Ukrainian borders gained theoretical knowledge on the organization and implementation of protection of foreigners and stateless persons, who were detained for violating the Ukrainian border legislation, ensuring their rights and freedoms. As a result, border guards gained access to the next stage of training - internships in Polish guarding centers for detained foreigners and stateless persons, where Ukrainian border guards will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The internship is scheduled for the end of August this year.
