Reliable and  working machinery plays an  important role in the protection and defense of the Ukrainian state border. Strong armor and maneuverability helped border guards to  protect their lives while carrying out the duties of country protection.

Recently, a column of three KrAZ “Kuguar” light armored personnel carriers has arrived to Izmail Border Guard Detachment.

All this machinery became a  part of the Border Guard Rapid Response Unit, because it performs dangerous tasks that  demand a high level of professionalism and equipping.

It should be mentioned, that the Border Guard Rapid Response Unit – is a mobile, maneuvering unit, created to protect the state border in different conditions and on different areas of the border.
