Border guards and the representatives of the Custom Service prevented two attempts of illegally importing goods across the “Shegyni” border crossing point.

A citizen of Ukraine was heading towards Ukraine by the “Mercedes” minibus. A 41-years-old driver had chosen “red corridor” lane for the border control procedure. According to the risk analysis border guards headed the vehicle for additional verification. During the joint verification with the representatives of the operational units, border guards discovered 30 Starlink satellite systems in the trunk of the automobile.

Another “Mercedes” driver was stopped at the same border crossing point. The driver had chosen the “green corridor” for the border control procedure. During the border control procedure border guards discovered the goods that were transported in the hiding place. A 55-year-old citizen of Ukraine tried to import a 7 Dyson styler in the car’s trunk.

The representatives of the Custom Service drew up the protocols and seized undeclared items.
