Border guards of Luhansk border guard detachment in advance received information about possible illegal crossing of the state border by foreign people at Troitske locality. Subsequently, due to operational actions of border guards 1962 and 1974-years old citizens of Azerbaijan were detected and detained.

In the course of verifying events it was found that 49-years old citizen of Russian Federation may be attempted to illegally carry these people through the state border.

Currently, measures are being taken to establish all the circumstances of the offense.
