A car Range Rover with two passengers in addition to the driver was stopped by border guards of the Dilove division of the Mukachevo Detachment while patrolling the mountainous section of the Ukrainian-Romanian border.

The passengers said they were tourists and were carrying suitcases for travel. However, border guards found out that instead of tourist equipment, they had packed almost 2 thousand packs of tobacco products. Another 1000 packs of cigarettes were found under the spare wheel of the car.

The tobacco products and the car were handed over to the officers of the Rakhiv department of the National Police.

Against the detainees, residents of Rakhiv district, reports on the offenses committed by them were drawn up. The case was sent to court, which will provide a legal assessment of the actions of the Ukrainians.
