Border guards, together with customs officers, inspected two trucks traveling from Poland through the Krakivets and Rava-Ruska BCP at the initiative of Lviv border guard detachment operative officers.

The VOLVO driver provided documents according to which used clothes were transported by the truck. However, during the search, inspectors found goods, information about which is missing in the documents. More than a ton of new clothes, children's toys and sports equipment were confiscated by customs officers.

In another case, the DAF driver, according to documents, moved replaceable rubber bands for the wiper and spectacle cases across the border. However, the search team detected that the product code in the documents for the cargo was incorrect. More than 60,000 wiper blades have been handed over to customs.

The amount of the value of the seized cargo is set.
