March 30, the Social and Humanitarian Support Office of the Personnel Department of the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine organized an instructional and methodological meeting by video conference.

In order to improve the training system, the event involved chiefs of border guard divisions (units, sectors) of social and humanitarian support of regional directorates, state border guard bodies, maritime security detachments, educational institutions of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

During the instructive and methodological meeting, training classes on improving the organizational activities of social and humanitarian support officials to eradicate negative manifestations in border groups, the application of modern approaches to the organization of psychological support, practical aspects of social and humanitarian support, visual agitation in border guard units, organizations to maintain cooperation with the authorities, veterans’ and public organizations, social work, the functioning of the military clergy were held with the participants.

At the end of the meeting, the chief of the Social and Humanitarian Support Office of the Personnel Department, Colonel Oleh Prymachenko outlined the tasks to the officials of social and humanitarian support structural units for further implementation of the system of social and humanitarian support of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with members of the families of the dead and missing border guards, carrying out measures on releasing conscripts.
