A delegation headed by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maria Peichynovych-Burych accompanied by the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anton Korynevych paid a working visit to the Kalan

Colonel Konstantin Barbashov, Chief of the Kherson Border Guard Detachment, informed the guests with the procedure for carrying out access operations at the administrative border, the EECP infrastructure and the conditions for serving as border guards. The delegation was able to go all the way that travelers usually cover when crossing the administrative border.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to issues of social character and protection of human rights in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
