Payment will be made for one vehicle departing from Belarus, regardless of the number of passengers in it.

The fee rate is set at 1 base value (29 Belarusian rubles, which is approximately more than 300 UAH).

Payment of the local fee will be made by the driver of the vehicle in Belarusian rubles before crossing (at the bank) or when crossing the border (directly at the border crossing point). At the same time, the Belarusian side notes that the fee must be paid to the revenues of the relevant regional budget at the location of the border crossing point. Otherwise, it will be considered unpaid.

According to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, a vehicle means a motor vehicle with at least four wheels, the technically permissible maximum weight of which does not exceed 5 tons, except for wheeled tractors and self-propelled vehicles.

After analyzing the results of this experiment, Belarus wants to introduce mandatory disinfection of vehicles at all Belarusian border crossing points.
