Another violator was the operator of the RUSSIA TODAY TV channel, a citizen of the Russian Federation.

A foreigner was born in 1971. He went to our country by car. He chose the Kuchurhan Border Crossing Point in Odesa oblast to cross the border. The man stated that he planned to transit from Moldova to Russia.

However, during the passport control the database has revealed the Russian. As it turned out, the border guards had had preliminary information about him and his illegal visit to the Crimea occupied by his country.

Performing the additional inspection, the officers of Podilsk Border Guard Detachment also found out that during the occupation of the peninsula, this person has got there from the territory of the Russian Federation by air. In the Crimea, the man was filming for the RUSSIA TODAY TV channel.

Due to the violation of the order of entry into and exit from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, border guards refused a foreigner to cross the border and banned him to enter Ukraine for 3 years.
