Colonel Andrii KULESH became the winner of the competitive selection within the framework of the VIII stage of the New Face project of the management of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

He began his service in the Luhansk Border Guard Detachment, served in various commissioned officer positions in the state border protection units. Based on the results of participation in the first stages of the competition (New Face of Executive Staff) he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief - Chief of Staff of the Zhytomyr Border Guard Detachment. Prior to that, he devoted more than three and a half years of service to the tasks of the State Border Guard Service in the area of ​​the Anti-Terrorist Operation and the Joint Forces Operation.

At the beginning of September, according to the results of a transparent competition, as a participant of the New Face of Executive Staff for the position of the head of the border protection body, he was ahead of the competitors and became the leader of the rating.

In addition, the Head of the State Border Guard Service once again emphasized the proper attitude to subordinate staff, people should always be a priority of the agency, they are the support of the State Border Guard Service.
