Serhii Deineko told about this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine News Agency, answering questions about those fleeing the observation and whether they could be allowed or not allowed to enter Ukraine.

“A citizen of Ukraine cannot be prohibited from entering the country, according to the Constitution. We will accept any citizen, healthy, sick, unconscious. It is our duty to provide every citizen with an opportunity to enter their homeland” said Serhii Deineko.

The Head of the State Border Guard Service reminded that on March 29, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision on obligatory observation of all those who come from regions where there is an infection. The Head of the State Border Guard Service also commented on the situation regarding passengers of two flights from Bali via Qatar and who were making their way from Boryspil airport. He noted that these are people who can afford not a cheap vacation for two or three months in Bali.

"When they were departing, they were ready to sign anything, considering that on arrival it would be possible to 'swing' the situation," - said Serhii Deineko, adding that upon arrival everyone saw that the law was the same for everyone.

«They refused to leave, especially “stubborn” ones stayed in the plane for nine hours, and if needed, they would sit for a day. I was there personally and saw their boorish attitude towards everyone. I will not allow the safety of the rest of our citizens to be neglected. They rested, ignored the President's call to return, flew after it – then, please, go through the observation. It is fair to the whole population of Ukraine” commented on the situation Serhii Deineko.
