A 39-year-old Ukrainian man was on his way to Poland through the Hrushiv checkpoint in the Lviv region.

In order to cross the border under martial law, in addition to his passport, the man provided the border control inspector with documents about studying in Poland. During the inspection, border guards found documents with signs of forgery.
The exposure did not stop the evader, he tried to "solve the issue" by bribery. The border outfit refused the offer of a substantial bribe of $1,000.
