Yesterday, July 17, the russian occupying forces continued shelling the border in Sumy region. Yunakivska, Shalyginska, Glukhivska, Novoslobidska and Bilopolska communities came under enemy fire.

In the afternoon, from russian settlement hornal, the enemy shelled one of the settlements of the Yunakiv community with mortars, in total 4 «incomings».

In the evening, the occupiers shelled the territory of the Bilopol community with mortar fire. The shelling was carried out from russian settlement tyotkino, 25 «incomings» were counted.

From the side of the same settlement, the enemy shelled the Novoslobodsk community with barrel artillery, 5 explosions were recorded.

The Shalygin community was twice shelled from russian territory by 120 mm mortars and self-propelled guns, 34 explosions.

The enemy fired mortars of 120 mm caliber on the territory of Glukhivsk community, 10 explosions were recorded.

Fortunately, there were no victims. Information on damage to the infrastructure is being clarified.

In all directions, the enemy is actively using UAVs and means of radio-electronic warfare.
