Yesterday, October 8, invaders from the territory of russia shelled the Ukrainian border of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions with the use of mortars, grenade launchers, barrel and rocket artillery.

The territories of Velikopysarivka, Krasnopillia, Znob-Novhorod, Shalyhine and Yunakivka communities of Sumy Oblast and Novhorod-Siverskyi and Horodnia communities of Chernihiv Oblast came under enemy fire.

The enemy from the area of the russian village pohar fired mortars along the border of the Novhorod-Siverskyi community – there were 3 explosions.

The russians attacked the Horodnia community from their territory using various types of weapons – barrel artillery, multiple rocket launchers, mortars and grenade launchers. The fire was opened from the area of the village chornozemnui horodok.

In total, more than four dozen arrivals were recorded in the vicinity of border settlements during the day.

As a result of the bombardment the local resident of one of the settlements died from shrapnel wound.

rashysts fired the territory of Velyka Pysarivka and Krasnopillia communities with unguided rockets from helicopters. The enemy fired 28 unguided rockets in total – 18 at Velyka Pysarivka community and 10 at Krasnopillia community.

The invaders shelled the Yunakivka community with mortars and barrel artillery. The fire came from 122 mm self-propelled guns from the direction of the settlement siniak (rf). There were about 10 explosions.

On the territory of the Znob-Novhorod community 3 mines of 120 mm caliber exploded, launched by the occupiers from the area of the settlement bila berizka.

In the morning of October 9, russian occupation forces from the area of the village kozyne shelled the border area of Shalyhine community with rocket artillery, 30 exploded were recorded.
