An illegal migrant who was hiding in the trailer of a Turkish-registered truck was revealed yesterday by border guards of the Izmail border guard detachment at the "Orlivka" ferry BCP.

While the vehicle was entering Ukraine the man was hiding among the metal structures near the television antennas. The vigilance of the border guards, who saw the cut in the awning in the sealed truck and the reaction of the service dog, helped to find the passenger. He did not have any identity documents. From his words, it became known that he was a citizen of Syria. He got into the truck to get to the EU countries but did not leave it in time and accidentally crossed the state border of Ukraine. The violator was brought to justice and was transferred to Romania for the purpose of readmission.
