Personnel of Azovo-ChernomorskRegional Directorate prohibited the entry for 6 foreigners through the administrative border from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea last days.

Border guards of the BerdianskBorder Guard Detachment atChongarcheckpointprohibited the entry of 3 foreign citizens onto the mainland of Ukraine. Persons arrived to the occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea through closed checkpoint, they entered the territory of Ukraine illegally. At the same time 3 foreign citizens came to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea without special permissions. According to the established procedure all citizens were refused to cross the administrative border with the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The SBGSU pays attention that foreigners and stateless persons can get onto the mainland of Ukraine only through active checkpoints at the state border. Under KMU order of 30.04.14 No. 424-P all Ukrainian checkpoints and control points functioning prior annexationon the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are temporarily closed.

Besides, according to KMU Resolution of 04.06.15 No. 367, entrance of foreigners and stateless persons on the temporarily occupied territory is carried out according to passport documents and the special permission which is issued by the State Migration Service of Ukraine only through such entry–exit checkpoints as "Chonhar", "Kalanchak" and "Chaplynka".
