Yesterday, November 4, the russian occupation forces continued shelling the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions.

The enemy inflicted fire damage using mortars and barrel artillery. Krasnopillia, Myropil, Khotin, Znob-Novgorod and Bilopollia communities of Sumy regions and Novgorod-Siversk, Semenivka and Snovsk communities of Chernihiv regions came under enemy fire.In the first half of the day, the occupiers from the russian settlement of gornal shelled the territory of the Myropil community with mortars, about a dozen mines explosions were heard.On the territory of the Znob-Novgorod community, the russians opened fire from grenade launchers - 5 shots were fired from the area of the settlement of bila berizka.Twice a day, the enemy covered the territory of the Khotin community with mortars and barrel artillery, in total there were about ten explosions of mines and one and a half dozen from shells.

The fire came from the russian settlements of nikolaevo-daryino and sverdlykovo.Also, twice a day, the attackers shelled the territory of the Bilopillia community with barrel artillery and mortars. In the areas of two settlements, explosions were heard from the ruptures of almost three dozen shells and from half a dozen - from mines. 

The fire came from the russian settlements of wolfino and zorya. As a result of shelling, the homes of local residents were damaged.Late in the evening, the invaders from the russian settlement of viazovo shelled the territory of the Krasnopillia community with mortars, two hits were counted.

The Semenivka  community was shelled by russians from the area of skachok, sushany, irpa and novy ropsk settlements with mortars and barrel artillery - 45 explosions were counted.Damage to civil infrastructure and the death of a domestic animal were recorded in one of the settlements of the community.

The russians fired mortars three times along the border of the Snovsk community - 22 mines of 120 mm caliber were fired by the enemy from the area of the village of chernozemnyi gorodok.Occupants fired 10 times with grenade launchers from the area of pogar settlement along the border of the Novgorod-Siversk community.The Defense Forces continue to protect Ukraine from russian invaders.
