THE AMBASSADOR EXTRAORDINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA TO UKRAINE VISITED THE CRIMEA ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE BORDER

Special attention was paid to the infrastructure of the Entry-Exit Check Points and the development of the service area of the administrative services centre.

On December 1, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine Valdemaras Sarapinas and the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anton Korynevych were on a working visit to the administrative border areas with temporarily occupied Crimea.

Accompanied by the Chief of Kherson Border Detachment, Colonel Yurii Chernov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine visited Kalanchak and Chaplynka Entry-Exit Check Points, where he got acquainted with their functioning, conditions for crossing the administrative border line and the work of border guards during the quarantine period.

Special attention was paid to the infrastructure of the Entry-Exit Check Points and the development of the service area of the administrative services centre.

During the visit, Valdemeres Sarapinas and Anton Korynevych noted the important role of military service in this area and thanked the servicemen for their diligent work.
