Ship overturned off the Odessa coast. Temporary operational headquarters for observation and responce is based on the radiopost «Lanzheron».

Maksym Kutsiy is the head of the operation. Chief of Southern Regional Derictorate of the State Border Service of Ukraine colonel Serhii Mul takes part in headquarters activities, as well.

Tanker ran aground in observation area of radiopost «Lanzheron». It drifting towards to the shore. Сollision with breakwater сan cause shipwreck and environmental disaster.

Border guards are ready to allow the crew go ashore, but they refused the assistance.

The rescue operation is still in progress.
