Local residents informed border guards about an unknown person in a village in Izmail district.

The man was asking the villagers where the state border was. Soon, on the banks of the Danube River, border patrols found a 28-year-old resident of Kyiv region. He explained to the border guards that he was just walking along the bank, but a service dog Mitchell found a car camera inflated with air and a bag with the detainee's personal belongings near the place of detention.

The man was brought to administrative responsibility for attempting to illegally cross the state border.
