Citizen of Russia attempted to move Icon and church records across the state border. Russian woman of 69-years-old was walking through “Yunakivka” border crossing point to neighboring country. The woman implied a cardboard box, but was very nervous. Border guards of Sumy border guard detachment pay attention to such behavior and examined her belongings in cooperation with customs service representatives. It turned out that the woman hid 5 church records, among which were the Bible (1845, 1904 and 1909 production years), and the Icon with the image of Madonna in cardboard box. Currently detected articles were confiscated in the established order. Inspection will establish if they have historical and cultural value.
