Officials of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine continue to identify persons who illegally visit the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine contrary to Ukrainian legislation.

Another violator, a citizen of the Russian Federation, was found at the Boryspil airport. During the control, the border guards of Separate BCP found out that the woman had been on the peninsula several years ago.

Border guards drew attention to the foreigner, as there was preliminary information about her from other law enforcement agencies regarding a possible illegal trip to the Crimea.

In the course of establishing all the circumstances, it got about that the Russian woman, born in 1967, arrived in Simferopol by plane from Moscow in the summer of 2018. In the Russian-occupied Crimea, she took part in a gala concert, is a dancer and choreographer.

Due to the delict, border guards banned her from entering Ukraine for 3 years.

It should be pointed out that the grounds for banning entry into Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, are violation of the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine for entering or leaving the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine or attempting to enter these territories outside the entry-exit check points.
