Border guards of the Lutsk border guard detachment exposed the intentions of the offenders.

In particular, around midnight, servicemen of the Rivne border guard division, implementing operational information, found an unmanned aerial vehicle in the border area. Nearby there was a package with 500 packs of cigarettes, prepared for transportation to the adjacent side.

The border patrol of the Mlynove border guard division also revealed the smuggling deal while patrolling the Ukrainian-Belarusian area. Dealers, with the help of a specially made construction, had already managed to move to Ukraine 2,000 packs of Belarusian cigarettes, which border guards found near the state border.

 Measures are currently being taken to identify those involved in illegal activities. Tobacco products will be handed over to the SFS staff.
